Somewhat less ehp than before but more negative life regen and 400 more bomb damage. Mana steal and life steal now with more consistent activation, very slow instead of normal. More mana steal. The negative regen will be worse in practice with worse rolls (better in this case?).
So if you want a "usable" negative regen build, this can be used.
Needs tomes.

 

This is actually really impressive. It's almost always the case for me that I'm not able to comply with a request whilst making an actually usable build, so this is pretty cool

The most terrifying thing about this build is that it might actually have some form of usability in combat. It is legitimately possible (although very improbable) that somebody could actually walk into tcc with this build, get intrepid 3, kill their teammates instantly, and still somehow beat the boss using only their raw gamer energy and the surprisingly high damage capabilities of this extremely cursed build.

Class: Shaman
Playstyle: Some type of spell or hybrid.
Restrictions: Panic Zealot relik and Philosopher leggings. No crafteds. No guild tome. Must have a usable set of spells, low mana and good mana regen/super slow steal, or more expensive but wild mana sustain.
Preferences: No mythic boots. 20k+ ehp and good life sustain. 8k+ auras that cost 2 mana or less. If you can't get these it's all okay. Alternatively, I don't know how totem tick damage works but you could make that and the heal as high as you can with these two items.

found some good builds on endgame no mythic build thread, put req items, changed tierstack/cstack items to spell one.

after the sobering realization that my black spellsteal will probably not be viable after 2.0
i would like a tstack wall breaker exploding build lol
also if you use kbones i will make your hands only your knucklebones
(preferably w/ warchief but i think thats impossible w/o crafteds)
