A problem with Spiders.

You see I have Arachnophobia and the Spiders, especially the nest spider makes me super uncomfortable!

 

I am afraid that it is not really possible to fix that, aside from trying to evade areas with them.

 

Perhaps you can use a texture pack to make the spiders look different?

Unfortunately, the spider segments of the game seem to be designed to trigger arachnophobia. There's no way to avoid it other than avoiding spider-related content. I would personally suggest experiencing the content, but if you really don't want to, that's fine.

This honestly seems like the best idea, other than just completely avoiding it all.
Oof, that must be hard! I can't even imagine-but then again, I have some sort of major bug-phobia (anything small thats loud and flies so not spiders) and Wybels give me nightmares XD its weird

If you're scared of just spiders, get ready to experience the "The Feathers Fly" questline. It's an incredibly frightening experience full of jumpscares, and the main NPC is the most terrifying beast in all of videogame history. Be thankful that you have not witnessed the horrors of The Feathers Fly... yet.

there are texture packs that de-spider all spiders. arakadius will still be a spider, since its a custom model, so youd be able to play the game comfortably as long as you avoid arachnids descent/infested pit/cip

 

if you still wanna do cip and infested pit, bring a party/friends and close your eyes/turn away while they kill arak

 

@MrSpeedy first of all, sorry you've had to deal with some unhelpful and outright hostile replies here. Unfortunately spiders are a part of the MC base game that Wynn uses extensively, so like others have said there's no native way to avoid them besides simply avoiding areas where they spawn.

However!!! As has ALSO been mentioned, there are resource packs that can change the spider models to something that won't trigger arachnophobia. These will work on almost all the spiders in Wynncraft (except for a few rare cases, including the boss of the Infested Pit and a mob in Nivla Forest called "Nesting Spider").

Two packs I found that seem pretty good are Spycrabs (https://www.planetminecraft.com/texture-pack/spiders-to-spycrabs/ ) and Arachnophobia (https://www.curseforge.com/minecraft/texture-packs/arachnophobia/ ). Both of these completely change the spider models (and sounds, if that's an issue!). They both also require the Optifine mod, so make sure to install that, it's made to be very straightforward.

And I will try avoid Nivla Forest. I was scared to touch my PC when I saw the "Nesting Spider"
