replace leggings w/ thunder sanctuary if you wanna do 2k more tp dmg at the cost of insta dying

 

Are you sure that stacking spellcost% like that works? I'm pretty sure I tested this awhile back, using both phage pins and mirror's edge, and I wasn't able to infinitely use my movement spell. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong, as I did test it a long time back and I might not remember the results/setup correctly, but I think it just doesn't work.

afaik before idol got nerfed you could spam charge infinitely due to the spellcost% on it
idk if it works w/ armors and weapons though

 

just went and tested it with both the combined mirror's edge + phage pins setup, as well as just a raw panic zealot setup. Both times the spell costs did eventually start going up. I think they went 111234 or 112345, but either way it means that you can't infinitely spam the same spell, even with a -100% spell cost identification

 

My janky one is better though
