Archer/Hunter Help Help with a build

So basically, i found an Az, and i want to use it. So far in my playthrough I just used any items i stumbled upon which had good stats, and I've never created a proper build myself, so I need yours guys opinion on it. I put together items that are somehow connected to dexterity and intelligence (i just like spamming spells lol). Also i have no idea which powders should I put on my armor and what tiers (will a tier 4 be enough at this lvl?)

If you've got any tips on how to improve it or what to change go ahead and tell me, I'll really appreciate it! :D

ty! now im a lvl 87, but i actually got it at lvl 71 (probably very very lucky lol), but I still haven't used it, bc i couldnt decide with which items should i use it, until now! :D
