as you can see the mana and the spell costs are horrendous

That being said, we can sidestep the issue a little by assuming that some LS rolls are subpar
this lets us use sine in place of memento and photon in place of suppression (although that ring slot is pretty flexible and you can use diamond hydro if you need mana and intensity if you dont), which in turn makes the build at least usable
