Mage/Dark Wizard Spell spam Build for my lv 103 Mage(not to expensive)

I just started playing wynncraft again after a long break and i need help with putting together a build for my mage. like the titel says spell spam. I was thinking of high damage meteors, low cost spells and high mana regen and some walk speed it is a bonus.
(i can spend like 30 le)

Do you own any mythic/planning to buy a certain mythic wand?

the cheapest mythic wand in the tm the moment im typing this is a mosnter for 200k (50le)
so you'd better choose something non mythic

 

morph builds are cheap and pretty good for mage, so if you've beaten eldritch outlook you can do morph + the nothing:

or if you haven't done EO yet you can use morph + event horizon, which I think you can just find on the trade market for fairly cheap:

There are definitely non-morph builds out there that are better but these are just really easy to get and use since you can buy the entire morph set cheaply on the trade market.
