Thats... actually kind of impressive... negative life steal is gone, built in heal cause lunar's mana pool, and 25k single hit. I may actually try this out since I already have most the gear from a hmelee archer build I've been using.

-66% is the most
I think
(boots and leggings can't take away xp so I slapped on melee stuff)

 

unsure about the actual min xp but for that particular build its -93(you didnt factor in that -66 is 100% all xp rolls)

 

could have also used jester set to get even more neg xp, could just use 1 piece of the jester set to get -32 combat xp
idk if theres a 4 piece set bonus but there might be, also i feel like there could be crafted stuff for leggings and boots but i cant use wynndata for ingredients so oh well

anyways now make a build but with depressing items only(any class)
itll sort of be a the nothing build since its a 50 50 whether or not u do actual damage lel

also make a lower build with 20+ totem costs, bonus points if you dont use that one necklace from eo that adds like 100% spell costs to everything

it’s frequently used as a spell spear despite having stats for melee so it will be cool to have a melee build to add in my collection.
