I can't finish The Hero Of Gavel because of a glitch, help?

I was doing the buggy quest The Hero Of Gavel and at the end of the quest, when I died and respawned at Ahmsord, Siegfried dialogue did pop up but I didn't see him. So I /classed, I got back and there was no dialogue no Siegfried nothing, I went back to the temple place and it tp'd me into a 3x4 cage where I got stuck outside the temple. After a while I just /killed and got back to Ahmsord, nothing happened again and after doing this multiple times I'm low on Soul Points, and have no idea how to finish this buggy quest, what should I do?

usually it’s because we don’t need to tbh; we’ve been looking at bugs a lot more over the recent months even if it doesn’t look like it
