    Sounds like the biggest change in gameplay since Gavel came out, reworked the item and skill-point systems, did a whole lot of expansion on things, and so on.
    Thinking on it, doesn't that kind of make this Wynncraft 3.0, if Gavel was a way more significant change? I feel Gavel could very well have been 2.0.

    I assume this refers to the highest level in which your spells get upgraded. Currently at level 66 you receive the last major upgrade to your last spell, but since it says 104 on the site this probably means spells will keep unlocking new abilities/getting minor changes until that level.

    i assume it’s the highest combat level where you gain new ability/upgrade choices (like Arbitrary said above)
