    Nothing indicates 60 is the lower bound of Fruma's total level range. Could be the upper bound, could be the level for any part of Fruma.

    there is already WAY too much content at level 60, fruma is superior to corkus and would be a higher level, level 60 is the average ocean level DO I HAVE TO SAY THIS EVERY TIME

    Not enough quests there imo and have to rely on spam cur to get to 100
