Question about life/mana steal and powder specials

do they have a chance to proc every time you attack, even if you don't hit anything, or is it only when you hit a mob? and if you hit a lot of mobs at once, can they proc multiple times from that one attack?

 

its only when you hit a mob, and it can proc multiple times if you hit multiple mobs

 

Life steal has a higher chance to proc with a super slow attack speed than a faster attack speed, which is why people like using sslow.
Also powder specials charge with less hits, which is also why people like super slow.

 

powder specials too? or just life steal and mana steal?

 

powder specials also only charge when you hit a mob, but hitting multiple mobs doesnt make a differece
