Archer/Hunter Help Level 100+ Archer build

I'm a level 102 archer and am in desperate need of a new build. My current "build", which is just random mob, chest and quest loot I've chosen to use, is:
Helmet: Spectrum
Chestplate: Azurite
Leggings: Turquoise
Boots: Valhalla
Rings: Photon and Detective's Ring
Bracelet: Justice
Amulet: Founder
Bow: Doubt with 2 T4 fire powders (Also have a Gale's Force laying around because it allows me to get from place to place very quickly)
Not sure if those point to what I'd like in a build, but I'd like spellspam build that has good offence but also decent defences and unlike my current build, ok health regen. Also, if something could put when I should put my skill points for the build, thank you.
Before anything is suggested, I'm like to note I'm not rich (47 LE), so don't suggest a build that would cost more than 48 LE on the market place (where I plan to get everything). Also I'm not crafting things because I have no levels in any prof.

Edit: Forgot to mention this, but I'm preparing to do EO, as I know I need to beat it but with my current build I'm too scared to try.

If you want a start point to get some items you cant buy, use full morph set and your gales force, assign intel to 105

Yeah, a cheap but good build is any Orange Lily build.
Could go full morph+olily which is hella cheap
or use any one of the olily builds on the link that deltawave sent
