a) yes this is glassy but this is Cataclysm Melee what do you want
b) the fact that Cataclysm Melee has more multihit damage than Grimtrap spell is... annoying (come on all mythics should be equal (please buff my stardew I need money))
c) Cataclysm, even as a Super Fast item to start, manages to hit 30k dps on melee.

also can we just talk about how melee cata has more spin dmg than most mythic builds

 

Ok people keep referencing spin as the main dmg for assassin spell builds... why? Out of the three damaging spells, it damages the least.

 

instant damage spell+is used the most in spell assassin combos(smoke bomb runs for 3s or whatever, spin is used during multihit)
due to this, spin enacts 50-60% of total dps

its still called transcendence in game. for some reason in the api its called arcanes (and a bunch of other major ids have different names too)
