Trouble with the quest Zhight Island

So currently I am a level 55 archer and I am trying to do the quest Zhight Island

part of the quest involves going to Maro Peaks and when I try to go there it says that a mining helmet is required. You get that mining helmet from completing the Ice Nations quest. The problem is, I can't find the helmet so I probably sold it to the blacksmith or something

I also tried the command /fixquests but that didn't give me the helmet.

is there any way to retrieve the helmet?

 

Go search your bank again (it’s not possible to throw the helmet away cus it’s a quest item iirc) or start another class to complete ice nations and use that helmet

 

I can't find it but I guess I'll have to create a new character, thanks for the help.

 

Look through EVERYTHING and make sure you identify any unique helmets you find. It might just be one of them.
