Archer/Hunter requesting walk speed build

looking for a qol archer build with the following preferences:
-no mythics
-no crafteds
-has 18k+ storm
-30k+ ehp
-1/1 or 1/2 cost
-7/5 or 9/5 mr
-lightweight(preferably through steamjet walkers)
-1 or 2 jh(unsure how this will affect mobility, would like to hear more opinions on it, 4/6 jh just annoys me)
-not intless
-hpr would be very cool but avoid it if it ruins the build(off hand is fine too)
-everything else is fair play

Slightly glassy, and less ws, but with archer having over 100 ws is redundant and unnecessary and can also mess you up. I added a lot more combat capabilities, more dmg and mana sustain, as well as some jump height. No tierdrop may make it difficult to use mana steal since it is mixed mana, but you can always replace dvis for atlas or something else that you want.

thats alright, mostly using for running around and qol

i am unaware of such a feature, i felt more ws=better

i feel like 7/5 isnt enough to sustain 1/2 but that can be worked around by using moon pool

im wondering why both dvisi and steamjet feels like a wasted slot

 

its a total of 10 mixed mana, which would be enough to easily sustain 1-2 but im unsure if it is without tierdrop, may require high cps or a lot of skill.

Yea steamjet is really a waste and I don't like using it, dvis is just there for jump height, but you emphasized that you wanted streamjet. You can replace steamjet for more mana if you wish

just barely misses the damage req but has sustain

 

chucking on contrast on the first build adds sustain too, thanks a lot, i will be using it :)
