So the other day I was thinking about wynncraft poison because I tend to do that a lot apparently and I recalled something within a thread I made about poison mechanics (Link here if you are curious *cough cough free advertisement cough*) regarding positive and negative IDs cancelling to zero being one of the few things on that post I haven't had the opportunity to test (partially because I am lazy and finding static poison values to cancel takes effort). While I was thinking on poison I also thought about how the other IDs in wynn may work in these edge cases.

    Do cancelling values...

    1) simply act as if they never existed within the user's build?

    2) still list within the user's build but inherit a value of zero?

I remember testing this out a few years ago with mana regen. It did not show up in the overal stats. I would assume that this is still the case and the same for poison.

However, it might be that despite not showing up in the stats, you will still deal damageless ticks. With mana regen you don't really notice a difference between no mana regen and +0/4 mana regen.

The easiest and cheapest way to do test this I think would be:
Bountiful, a buyable wand for 7 ocelot tails with -20/3 poison https://wynndata.tk/i/Bountiful
Mud Mask, a buyable helmet for a mud ball and pigman hide with 15/3 poison https://wynndata.tk/i/Mud+Mask
and a crafted potion with a single spider fang until you get a potion with 5/3 poison. https://wynndata.tk/i/Spider+Fang

I went ahead and tried via your method (the ingredient for the mud mask was a pain to find) and it does seem that similarly to your test with mana regen as it just removes itself from the overall total acting as if you never had any to begin with so there is no poison particles let alone damage as compared to negative poison still having the poison particles but no damage loss.

I also went ahead and tried it with and without tomes and skill points and it seems that those apply after the total is recognized as zero meaning even with max strength and tomes no poison happens both damage and particles.

    Appreciate the suggestion for testing.
