Assassin/Ninja Assassin Heavy Melee level 80 build

Anyone here got good level 75 or 80 heavy melee build? Because I feel like my friend's build is getting less life steal and mana steal when I am not using Impulse anymore. (4980 HP)

heavy melee really gets good at lvl90

 

Yea, I am also thinking is that heavy melee builds are just really good and popular when you are endgame because you can use most people's builds, while if you are like level 60 or 70 and finding for a heavy melee build there are less people sending builds.
