Resource pack not loading

Pretty much just title. I have server packs enabled in settings but the wynnpack won't load although I can still join the server and play "normally" without it. I tried joining on 1.18.1 and 1.12.2 as well as switching server packs to "prompt" but the pack simply doesn't load for me.

 

Here are a couple of guides that can hopefully answer your problems on the resource pack downloading.

If you play on multiple servers that also have server resource packs you may need to experiment with changing all of them to .zip until you find the correct one that matches with wynncraft.

Neither of those work as my server resource packs folder is empty, so I can't copy the pack from there.
