Archer/Hunter Endgame Archer Build ~ Help Please

Hello Everyone, I am a level 103 archer, and I need a new build, my current one is too glassy. I need an arrow-storm build, and my budget is around 10 Le, I could stretch it to 13, but anything more than that would be a bit too much. If anyone has any good build recommendations, please share them with me. Thank you!

Mr is important, you need 7 or 8 to spell spam effectively
Other then that any spell dmg earth and water is good as well as hpr on cancer

 

I'm sorry, I don't do builds often, but what does hpr mean?

 

raw health regen. and olily is prob the best non-mythic archer bow

 

In my opinion, this is one of the best non-mythic builds
It uses a crafted bow (cspring) but that's the only crafted item it uses. That recipe is extremely cheap as it does not require any expensive ingredients unlike other csprings. You can buy a time rift with -2/5 mr and -4/3 ms, although you could probably fit a double maxed trift into your budget. Only thing about the build is that you need to beat LI quite a few times. Also, you need to run a level 60ish boss altar on the volcanic isles to obtain the boots. On average, you need 5-6 boots before rolling to have a good chance to get a 5/5 mr phage pins (with morph you are practically guranteed to get one per boss fight, and the. tribute is very easy to obtain). Overall, this build is quite cheap and the only inconvenience is having to run LI a few times, and having a crafted bow. If you need scraps, you can open a few chests and take out the basic items for scraps. This build can solo any content in the game with ease, and in my opinion this build can be mythic tier with a few adjustments and correct use.
