Any Class Why adventurer SUCKS!

Even if you put it with the best weapon in wynncraft, it still is ****. It can't do anything right! You see, people use adventure all the time, from level 30 to like 45 ish. However, it sucks. It gives almost no dps, as shown here WynnBuilder, and gives less than 1k hp. This already sucks. Just look at this. 290 dps! Trash! Hell, anything really is better. In fact, this:WynnBuilder is a spellspam build. Spellspam builds are supposed to be a bit glassy and rely on your spells. Spellspam builds also aren't supposed to have much dps. This spellspam build has MORE DPS THAN ADVENTURER, MORE HEALTH THAN ADVENTURER, and WAY MORE SPELL DAMAGE THAN ADVENTURER! Adventurer has literally no point. You don't even need to use hashr claw, you can use the divide or influence. Adventurer also gives almost no elemental stats(E.G str, dex, int), only a measly four for each. It sucks! Hell, just grind up, and skip adventurer.

You might be like: Well, your builds are level 39, and adventurer gives 50% xp bonus! Way better!
Well, it's true that my build is 39, and the adventurer set is level 29, but those ten levels can be grinded easily. Also, most people use adventurer for like 15 levels. NO point! In fact, you can get about the same stats with just a random cobbled together set!

To address the xp bonus: Well, I do admit, it's xp bonus is great, but it doesn't matter. You can't get xp if you can't fight! This xp bonus can also easily be bridged and get to 30-40 xp bonus by just fiddling around with the rings, and holy ****, you can just switch the boots and the helmet, if that's what you prefer. Also, adventurre generally has less xp, because with a better setup, like mine, you are actully killing the mobs faster, while also having more survivability. Also, spam vanishes. Duh. Because of all these factors, the xp bonus on adventurer doesn't really matter at all.

If you're still not convinced, you might be thinking: Adventurer still has a lot of positive stats. That's terrible. In my opinion, it's better to focus on one specific part of the set, whether it's mana regen or dps. Adventurer might be good all around, but it does, again, no damage. Adventurer also sucks against dungeons. Dungeons are an important part of wynncraft, but with adventurer, you will get absolutley destroyed, not to mention beating the boss. Adventurer also is just a waste of ems and time. No matter what class, adventure is just terrible. The only time I would think this would be remotely useful would be when you complete a quest and then put it on for the bonus, but seriously. Why would you carry around adventurer? It's a waste of space.

If you are feeling lost, do not use adventurer. Just use this Any Class - Newbie Construction Site (request Or Suggest Low Level Builds) | Wynncraft Forums as a suggestion and try to improve on there: Most of my builds are ones that I just spent ten minutes on, with wynndata and wynnbuilder. It's not very hard. Morph is also decent, but I wouldn't use it until level 50-60.

In conclustion, I think adventurer just is ******* ***** **** of a set. There's just no point! Just breeze through 29 and go to 39, and that's when you can actually start doing good damage, instead of just wasting your ems on adventurer. You could also make your own builds, and I think they will probably be better than adventurer. Adventurer has no point, and honestly, just remove it, wynncraft admins.

P.S Here's a 39 buildWynnBuilder ( Make sure to use it with t4t4 on the weapon. Rings and bracelets don't matter much but use dark diadem for necklaces. A good replacement weapon for hashr is influence, but hashr is op. You should grind it. )

A level 49 build: WynnBuilder (Again, bracelets, necklaces, and rings don't matter much. Remember to use powders though)

i see your point. However, building your own builds in the early game isn't that expensive: Took me like 35 eb for level 39 and 25eb for level 49 to buy the stuff in my build, and the whole part of my post was in the early game

Very funny

 

Taking the post somewhat seriously, this build is horrible. No mana sustain to speak of and completely wasted skill points in rainbow to get astigmatism. On the melee front, sure, it's not completely dysfunctional, but astigmatism just ruins any chance it had. Negative lifesteal is just the cherry on top for making it even worse.

It feels like there was no thought put into this build, why use raw melee without fully committing to rawstack? (ajax or pelier)/giants bracer/sow thistle/gypsum is raw melee slap and that would be lightyears ahead. 3.3k melee dps and positive lifesteal if you opt for pelier, along with 44 extra skillpoints. It's not even close. If you dump that all into offensive sp, you hit 4k dps, nearly double.

No clue why you would specifically build for lv39. It's not competing with adventurer in the slightest (10 level gap), and you're 4 levels away from one of the best quest reward pieces in the game at level, Avalanche. At lv43 you can mana and spell slap to make a build that obliterates this one, which isn't even good at 39 compared to better choices (will provide if asked but there's way too many).



And finally for the adventurer point: Adventurer set is incredibly easy to get, more than enough for its level range, and the xp bonus is fantastic. Sure, you don't do too much damage, but wynn earlygame content is, to put it lightly, a pushover.

There's valid arguments to be made against it (since it's not that good in a vacuum stat sense), but this post presents none of them.



I personally would have tackled it from a less aggressive angle, a more analytical take on the slight overrecommendation of adventurer and how it gets outclassed by certain achivable builds. Using stuff that makes sense in context (items that are more affordable/outright free) would present a much stronger argument, as slapping random items makes no point in the slightest due to the cost and lack of accessibility. Of course, this still ignores the elephant in the room, the level difference. Simply matching the level (29) would have made the post even slightly legitimate.

Oh, I found the context. Recommending adventurer at lv39... what was that person thinking... were they thinking?
