Now that double topaz stacking doesn't work (I think) do I just subsitute morph emerald for 1 topaz is it more optimal to run another build?

You can use "Ohonte Kerhite" for mage from Level 75-100. Its a Level 60 wand, but its better than some Level 90-100 wands.

 

yeah it's great but the 100 int req is annoying

 

If you're using morph, Level 75 is enough for 100 intel and mediocre ehp

 

ohonte kerhite is demonstrably worse with morph at that level than standard options

builds that can't hit 68int on top of including deye would rather not include deye
