it indeed is a good TWF fatal build and have good damage, but it's too glassy to survive something like raids.
for daily use i suggest something tankier

ur WiFi is bad
Some of those builds are glassier with less damage
I do tcc with a tstack build that is glassier then this and I am just fine
Any “spellsteal” builds where you rely on mana steal, are just horrible. First, you can’t fly, second, you waste so much time on trying to GET mana opposed to destroying ur enemy. They r just like… really bad.

You can replace tenuto with bottled thunderstorm if you don’t care about mana steal

 

it isn't a matter of internet connection, wynndata builds simply load forever, and that's a fact

 

spellsteal items give more damage and mage's laser melee actually favors spellsteal so...?
