Assassin/Ninja Weathered builds

Been told by multiple people that weathered is overrated asf and that i should just go for cata instead so i wanna have a look at a couple builds to decide for myself

preferences:
-700+ lifesteal(or hpr, or both)
-30k+ ehp(less is fine too, its weathered)
-decent damage(7-8k spins i guess)
-no crafted or -%spell cost items


main idea is id like to use it as a weapon for all content in the game(ill tstack for raids and wars) and not have it be too sweaty(i can use etw playstyles to solo stuff but its not 100% reliable and i only pull out those builds when i wanna have fun)

also you can contribute to my question earlier about whether cata is better or not(also would a 6k health cata be worth buying)

You can use cacophony instead of detectives for more ls (tho you can get more from tomes), but you would need a guild tome. Also, you can powder weathered for curse/courage if you wish

First one has too low dmg :(

Second is better, 11/3 is more than enough, especially with weathered but still low(ish) damage

If you can push the dmg to 8k thatd be great else ill just go for the first build you posted :)

it's forceable at the cost of mana. i'll try some other possible tradeoffs later
