Buying Looking for a really good praesidium, paying 32 LE

I am looking for a praesidium with 100% in every defense, perfect (or near perfect) hp and good thorns and reflection (thorns at least 55%, reflection at least 45%), offering 32 LE for it, in case all it's defensive stats (defs, hp, thorn+reflection) are perfect I am offering 1 stack instead.

Edit: Since I was told the original requirements are very unrealistic, I am also going to buy praesidiums that have at least around 90% in air, thunder and earth def, and at least around 75% in water and fire def. The price for these will be negotiable, and I will only buy praesidiums that are better than my current best one. I will upload my current best praesidium later. All other defensive stats are valued as well, but I REALLY want the high ele defs before reflection, thorns, or even bonus hp.

this is practically impossible to roll, you might be able to find one that’s 80%+ in all of those stats, but definitely not all 100%

Thanks for the offer, but I primarily want really high rolls on all the elemental defs (Trying to make a heavy elemental def tank build for fun)

 

U dont need ele defs for more ehp... Just get good hp

 

I know ele defs don't matter for ehp as much as hp and defensive skill points (def, agi), as I said it's for fun build, just trying to get really high rainbow def...

(also, this might be just me, but praesidiums only strong point is the fact it has high def, hp AND the ele defs, despite the fact ele defs don't actually do much. If I wasn't trying to get high ele defs, there wouldn't be any point in buying a praesidium in the first place, since I could just save more to get a guardian and have a much better weapon that has an insanely strong major id)
