Want to know about a ban decision :/

Hey ! I'm (new) in Wynncraft,and i'm french so my english isn't so good,i'm sorry for that.

I just bought 3 rank (vip+ first,hero & champion yesterday).
For the vip+ & the hero,it was good,but when i buy the champion rank ,my acc was already with the hero rank,so i ask paypal for a repayment bc i was thinking i have write the wrong username minecraft ?
But if the champion rank is in my acc today,it's good and i'm sorry ^^..
I'm really sorry and i ask for an unban bc i love this server with my two friend :/..

Also, I checked your player stat page and you have Champion.

It sounds like you were automatically banned for charging back a purchase. To get unbanned you'll have to discuss the situation with the support team by emailing them at [email protected]

 

What I'm getting from this is that you bought vip+, hero and then champion. You didn't need to do that and I can't really think of a reason someone would do that but the charge back you did is a bannable offence. You should've read the rules before doing so and have been patient for your rank to arive

 

yeah,this was a mistake but I spend around 200$ in the void in 3 days ?? ..
