the build doesn’t have to be tier stack I just seek a melee build with good dps no -mana regen and health regen and attsp above normal

 

generally melee builds are either heavy melee (super slow) or tierstack; there isn't much inbetween

rawstack and cancelstack both have sucky dps

here's a positive mana regen melee build I guess lol

 

for heavy melee you don't need dbreak to use, blind thrust are already very good.
For rings you can also think of using double fractured or 1 fractured 1 downfall.
For bracelet you can use enmity or atlas.
also go full e6 on anvil crawler is more a common option.

 

note that all of these accessory suggestions only work if you're using blind thrust. Dawnbreak is a lot less forgiving in skill point req

blind thrust: powder EEE, dawnbreak (with decent thunder dam): powder TEE; it doesn't really make a difference either way. its like optimizing for the last 10 dps

Dawnbreaks suggested because its relatively cheap (~10le) and even if you get one thats like 700 off max raw melee its still more damage than blind thrust hmm. Although elemental defense is a bit worse

focused on making a build with pande that can survive well... but the damage sucks
crusades can be replaced with whatever boots you want basically

fun fact: diamond fiber ring does more damage than the crafteds

(I'm assuming you dump your skillpoints into dex/strength to max damage since this is a war build)

also this is my mistake; here's a singu build with even higher dps post courage. I didn't realize by glass cannon you meant use knucklebones lol

it doesn't even use crafteds so it can probably be improved

also gets even higher damage post str/dex consumables (but its harder to boost rainbow damage I suppose. so you can't abuse viral tentacles or whatever as easily)
