VIP+ Help

I bought VIP+ and i did not get anything so far. I joined the game and was able to create a dark wizard and ninja class but right after I spawned in It said i didnt have VIP+. Idk what to do or who to ask since I emailed the support email and they have yet to respond. I have been wanting to play but I wanted to start whenever I actually had VIP+. My username is kjl1124. I just want to get all of the stuff I spent 20 dollars on

I bought it and got the emailed receipt at 3 pm. I can play the game rn but I would really rather have what I paid for before I play the game. It’s just a bit unfortunate that it didn’t work on my account. Just waiting for the support email to either respond back to me or fix my account. Idk any other option of trying to have them fix it
