We don't have a web developer at the moment to maintain and develop the website, fixing everyone's issues manually isn't sustainable and is not under the purview of Support, which is meant for billing and store related issues. We did handle such cases in the past because we had a webdev and we had the time and capacity to fix it.
Now, if we dedicated other resources from other parts of the team to this particular issue, it would not be sustainable in the long run and would still create a lot of back log in other department. We are still looking at filling that position, but these things take a lot of time.
We will talk internally about how we can tackle this issue, because as much annoyance it can cause players, it causes the same amount to us and can clutter Support, thankfully they are still logged and categorised so it won't be forgotten about.
