Assassin/Ninja Help lvl 90 mana steal assassin

Anyone got a build for lvl 90-95 mana steal & life steal assassin? (best for doing water or thunder dam if possible)

Yeah, the build above is great.
But I'm going to say this again and again, change to heavy melee at level 99. It carries you through a ton of bossfights, such as qira or LI, and I used it to unlock most endgame content (qira items, li items, SE).
Here's the build that doesn't have any SE, qira hive, or LI items. Use this and swap out stuff for other stuff once you get it.

Change out Darksteel Full Helm for Obsidian Framed helmet, as I recommend that you should finish Qira Hive first.
Honestly, that's it, but if you want to, you can use Dawnbreak instead of Blind Thrust.

Then you're free to use whatever you want!

it can be used for endgame with certain improvements as he has mentioned. you can also get other playstyles like spell and tierstack
that build is temporary to get certain things done(qira,li,eo)

 

yeah this build is just to unlock the items used in other builds.
