you can manipulate the spare sp to force both reqs, but this is close enough either way

 

ETW mythicless can get 10k spins mythicless but low ehp

 

when you expect to provide ETA Limbo Warchief or ETW spell but you click the post and they're asking for 40k EHP :woozy:

 

Mana is kinda low, maybe you can use dhydro instead of finesse to fix it a bit
