    Is there like a delay for when you get them???

    I did the thing where I put in my name and I haven't gotten it yet...

    I really hope you're not scamming people that actually pay for this...

    If you're talking about the free monthly crate, the redeeming process can get a bit finnicky but you should be able to redeem once a month. If you actually bought crates (it may take them a while to go through) and haven't recieved them in-game, contact support.
