Questions
1: is it possible to get more mana sustain?
2: is it possible to make it sslow?
3. how should I spell cycle? I currently cycle arrow storm-arrow storm-bomb but the mana drains so quickly, is it because I cycle wrong or I cycle too fast?
4. can I powder armor to w6w6 each piece for concentration to get higher damage or there's other powder option or it just don't work?

i think this makes sense for nhawk. even if it's wrong, your build is probably still more responsible for your mana draining. 9mr is worse than what a 6cps player would need, and even that is assuming a max roll on your freedom.

it's not worth it regardless, but there's no harm in doing so outside of nhawk builds. imo in this case the -tdef penalty outweighs the benefit freedom draws from conc

barring resurgence, i think it'll cost your ehp no matter what. assuming you're okay with this, there's a range of options you could try. dropping to 1/1 costs is an example, but i don't have time to find the best candidates.

Yes though it would come at the cost of some damage and defense. I might recommend Soulflare since it has 2 mr and 2 ms and some skill points to recover from the loss of Libra. If you use Soulflare though, you would have to use most likely a different pair of boots regain an int. of 129 since Capricorn wouldn't be able to do that. The 2 that could be reliably used I would say are Sapphire and Curador boots. Both have there benefits and downside but in general, Sapphire is more damage based while Curador Boots is more tank based. I did try to use Pro Tempore with the current build setup but it just turned out to not really change the mana sustain really. If you use Sapphire though, it will require that you replace Moon Pool with a DHydro Ring since with Moon Pool you would need a skill tome while with DHydro you wouldn't. Another odd ball option you could try would to use Aquarius but that might come with its own challenges.

This one is a little difficult to incorporate in with any of the current builds without loosing too many skill points but I have one. It does require the use of 2 tomes to use but it should fulfill the mana and reduction in attack speed that you desire. I'm not certain how effective it would really be but what I have below is about the best attempt I could make with the requirements you asked for.

Hmm... although your suggested build bring down bomb to 1 cost but no I'm not gonna sacrifice more mr for that

should consider the cost reduction as equivalent to about 5-6 mana regen, its quite worth it lol

just think about mana consumption in basic bomb-storm cycle: casting at 6cps (usual design casting speed, tune this for your own speed) means you cast one bomb spell/second, which consumes 5 mana/5s.

also, use your current build to do notg and get some sp tomes
you can easy get 300 total lvl by getting gathering profs to around 30-40 and some crafting ones to 10-20

 

the regular arrow storm takes like 1.5s to cast, which makes it inefficient even when alternating. i didn't bring it up previously because i'm not sure if this is a good enough reason to outweigh losing the helmet slot.
