Bob's Lost Soul - I can't get a Depressing Bow or Shears

So, I've been trying to finish the quest and I've gotten to the part where you have to get the depressed weapons. I've gotten the spear and stick, but I can't seem to be able to get the bow or shears. I looked at the wiki and it said I have to go to an Abandoned Lumber Yard at X: -164, Z: -916 for the bow, but when I got to the cords there was no lumber yard. I checked the map on the website and even there I saw no Lumberyard, and grinding mobs at Nessak doesn't seem to work either. I've never gotten either of the items before, so I just don't know what I am doing wrong.

 

Have you tried buying them from the trade market?

 

If I remember it correctly, the lumber yard is at the northeast edge of the Nesaak forest, near the sanctuary bridge. You can't see it on the map because north Lusuco/the craftmas village and mountains are in front of it. For the shears you have to do a short parkour in the southeast corner of the Nesaak forest, near the road split to the great bridge or Lusuco (also obscured by mountains on the map).
