Follow up to my last sstuck post

So I've /kill out of the loading hole but now the quest is permanently bugged. The quest said to go aboard the ship at the dock at Nemract but when I did go to the pier it's now gone with no way to bring it back.

Is there a way to restart the quest or if not am I doom.

 

There’s no way to restart the quest
Maybe try following through all of the quest steps again and seeing if it allows you to go back to that ship?

There should be a right-clickable texton the docks which will bring you to the ship.
