Attendees

(DISCLAIMER : You HAVE to complete the quests required with these NPCs or they won't come with you to Detlas. If you have completed the quests given by the NPC, keep talking to them until they speak a different dialogue)

Day 1
1) Therck and Enzan (Emerald Trail, Ragni):-

Quest Completion (Enzan's Brother) REQUIRED

Go and talk to Therck at the new Therck Stairs

Go and talk to Enzan at the Ragni Entrance to Emerald Trail

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

2) The Cook (Ragni)

Quest Completion (Cook Assistant) REQUIRED, Either fish for 16 Gudgeon Meat or buy it from the Trade Market

Talk to The Cook in Ragni

Give [16 Gudgeon Meat] to The Cook

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

3) Nick (Almuj Outskirts)

Quest Completion (Meaningful Holiday) REQUIRED, Do several minigames at the Wynnter Fair and get at least 10 Craftmas gifts

Talk to Nick at the outskirts of Almuj

Bring [10 Craftmas Gifts] to Nick and talk to him

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

4) Seaskipper Captain (Nemract Port)

Buy a Potion of Drunkness from the Potion Seller in Nemract and bring it with you in your inventory

Talk to the Seaskipper Captain at Nemract Port

Give him a [Potion of Drunkness]

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

5) General Graken (Underworld Crypt Entrance)

Quest Completion (The Dark Descent) REQUIRED, Either bring an Underworld Crypt Dungeon Key or 1 Charon's Brain with you in your inventory

Go to the Underworld Crypt entrance and talk to General Graken

Complete the Underworld Crypt Dungeon or give him [1 Charon's Brain]

Talk to General Graken again

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

6) Nohno (Rooster Island)

Quest Completion (Cluck Cluck) REQUIRED, Either kill Chickens at Katoa Farm or Grooks at Detlas for 16 Eggs or buy it from the Trade Market

Talk to Nohno on Rooster Island

Bring him [16 Eggs] as compensation for slaying Cluckles

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

Day 2
7) Junes (Almuj)

Desert Discoveries REQUIRED, Either kill Rare Mobs in the desert for 1 Red Shale or buy it from the Trade Market

Talk to Junes at [876, 67, -1932]

Bring her [1 Red Shale] to help further her research

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

8) Honip (Nemract)

Quest Completion (Misadventure on the Sea) REQUIRED

Talk to Honip in the Nemract Bar

Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller

The Cook: Near the cooking station/hot air balloon

Nick: Next to center tree

Seaskipper Captain: At frozen pond where Spirit Raffle was

General Graken: At barracks where the training dummies are (same building where you do the last bit of AHC)

Nohno: Outside bank near woodworking station

As of right now, we don't know. Probably another emblem to show your participation in the festivities, like the Bonfire and Spirit Festivals.

And hey, maybe we'll get exclusive rewards like the Festival of The Spirits...

The Traveler only told the locations of the first 3 NPCs on day 1. However, day 2 began only 2-4 hours after the event started, so most people probably got the NPCs of day 1 and day 2 on the same day.
