This will be my first guide on the festivals, which are new in 2021. I didn't have time to make guides for the Bonfire Festival or the Spirits Festival, so this will be a first for me.

    The Traveler
    [IMG]
[1/4] The Traveler: Oh... Hello! That was quite a storm passing through here earlier, was it not?
[2/4] The Traveler: I found myself passing through the area, and... well, it seems the storm has cleared up now. Probably for the best.
[3/4] The Traveler: These folks here are quite a festive bunch, aren't they? Though, well... I can't help but feel that something's missing.
[4/4] The Traveler: Hm... You look like you've travelled all over, yes? I have a proposal for you!
[1/4] The Traveler: I'm glad you are! On your travels, surely you've met all sorts of people, yes?
[2/4] The Traveler: If I point you in the direction of interested folks, you could invite them here! Share the winter spirit with others, and make this city a little less lonely.
[3/4] The Traveler: I'm glad you're interested. I think... I think this idea could work quite well, if you bring enough folks.
[4/4] The Traveler: Right! I have an idea in mind for the first person you could invite. Seek the weary soldier, stationed neath an ancient stair. Once you've found them, come talk to me.
[1/2] The Traveler: Ah... But of course. I should have known. Well... Should you find yourself bored of your affairs, come back here!
[2/2] The Traveler: Maybe I'll still be here. Maybe I'll have moved on. It's hard to say with these sorts of things, you know!
[1/2] The Traveler: Hm... Oh! You're back! Have you changed your mind?
[2/2] The Traveler: Remember, I had a proposal for you. Would you like to hear it, this time?
[1/4] The Traveler: Great to hear!
[1/1] The Traveler: Right... Right. I'll still be here for the forseeable future, at the very least. Come back when you're ready to hear me out.
You can talk to him again if you ignore his pleas the second time
[1/1] The Traveler: ...Oh! Hello. Is there anything I can help you with?
[1/3] The Traveler: Alright! More ideas, coming right up.
[2/3] The Traveler will give you clues on who to find and where.
[3/3] The Traveler: I have some more ideas, if you'd like to hear them?
The traveler will give you more clues on who else to find and where.
[1/1] The Traveler: Alright! You know where to find me if you want a pointer.
[3/3] The Traveler: ...And that's all I've got right now. Happy searching!
[1/2] The Traveler: Well... I'm out of ideas, right how! It looks like you've already invited everyone I told you about.
[2/2] The Traveler: I'll think about who else you could bring here. Come back in xx hours, and I'll have an answer for you.
[1/2] The Traveler: Well... I'm out of ideas, right how! It looks like you've already invited everyone I told you about.
[2/2] The Traveler: And I think that'll be all my ideas for this Wynnter season!
[1/5] The Traveler: Why am I here... That's a fair question, though... I'm not sure I can answer it.
[2/5] The Traveler: I've traveled the world for... well, for longer than I can remember. Which is its own issue... heh.
[3/5] The Traveler: But, ah. I found myself in front of this city just after the storm had come to an end, with no memory of how I got here.
[4/5] The Traveler: Maybe I was... called here. I'm not sure why, or by what force. But I'm here now, and I guess I'll stay here until the festivities end.
[5/5] The Traveler: If I come up with anything else, I'll let you know. For the time being, Let's just enjoy the festivities, yes?
[1/2] The Traveler: ...I could try, though I might not have anything of note to say.
[2/2] The Traveler: What is it you want me to tell you about?
[1/4] The Traveler: ...A bonfire. I'm afraid I don't know anything about this item you've given me. Where did you get it from?
[2/4] The Traveler: You got it from a man in an orange cloak? Something about that feels familiar... but I can't quite pinpoint what.
[3/4] The Traveler: Bonfires... Hm. I'll keep thinking! Just, ah... If you ever see this man again, be careful. Something about these flames reminds me of...
[4/4] The Traveler: Nevermind. Just stay safe out there, alright?
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/4] The Traveler: ...Spirits? I've certainly seen my fair share of those on my travels... Though, nothing on the scale of what you've described.
[2/4] The Traveler: It's strange, how these people you've met can appear and dissappear overnight. I can't say I've ever heard of this group, though that's not saying much...
[3/4] The Traveler: Ah. Either way, if what you say is true, they don't seem hostile. Just strange. Much like myself, maybe?
[4/4] The Traveler: I'll keep thinking! Maybe I'll be able to come up something, even despite my poor memory.
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/3] The Traveler: Oh, a frozen orchid! I've seen these things growing around the Lusuco area. They're quite beautiful, aren't they?
[2/3] The Traveler: Apparently, they hold a strange magic within them... A leftover from when the region froze, maybe?
[3/3] The Traveler: Well, wherever they come from, they're very interesting. I'll have to keep an eye out the next time I'm in the area!
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/4] The Traveler: You say you got this from Santa? It certainly feels like their kind of thing, though its craftsmanship... This thing is very old.
[2/4] The Traveler: It's power reminds me of... something. Something familiar. Maybe from the Santas...? No, it's not that. Hm.
[3/4] The Traveler: Well, uh. It's yours now, I suppose! Now, you'll have the power to control the... weather? Not here, though.
[4/4] The Traveler: ...It hasn't stopped snowing since I got here, has it? I wonder... Oh, uh, right. Stormcaller. Very interesting artifact.
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/2] The Traveler: Oh! So you've met Gerald, then? Don't mind him, he's perfectly harmless. Unless you have food on you, that is...
[2/2] The Traveler: We met at some point of my travels. He didn't have anywhere to go, so he followed me... And we've traveled together ever since!
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/2] The Traveler: Yes... him. I've been keeping my distance. I worry that if he initiates conversation, I'll come out of it with five new sweaters.
[2/2] The Traveler: Truth be told, I'm not entirely sure how he dies it. Every day that goes by, I see someone else with a festive sweater! It's ridiculous.
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/3] The Traveler: Ah, right. The brothers. I... I envy what they have, I think.
[2/3] The Traveler: Even despite their distance, you can feel that unbreakable bond they share. I suppose that's to be expected, though. They are brothers, after all...
[3/3] The Traveler: Ah, don't mind me. I've just been traveling alone for a while. Being in a place like this helps stave off the loneliness, I suppose!
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/4] The Traveler: Who? Oh, you mean- Right, yes, I remember now.
[2/4] The Traveler: ...He unnerves me, to tell you the truth. As soon as he arrived, he took one look at me, and said something ominous. Just the word "memory," I think.
[3/4] The Traveler: I have a sense he knows something about me that even I myself don't know. Which isn't that surprising, considering who he...
[4/4] The Traveler: Right, right. Alem. His name is Alem. I think that's all I have to say about him.
    [1/1] The Traveler: Anything else?
[1/7] The Traveler: Right! Ah, I think I have something. It's not very clear, but... Something.
[2/7] The Traveler: The two emblems you showed me... And the one I offered you, as well. They're important, I believe. A way to...
[3/7] The Traveler: You mentioned two figures, but there was a third. I can't quite recall what he looked like, but he... Hm.
[4/7] The Traveler: I can't remember... Whatever happened... it wasn't his fault. You have to let him know it wasn't his fault.
[5/7] The Traveler: We weren't meant to be here, but we are, and... And I'm not sure why. I don't know what it means, yet.
[6/7] The Traveler: There's not much time left. Soon, I'll have to go, and I can't tell you more. I'll... forget again.
[7/7] The Traveler: And, ah... There's more ahead. But I can't be here for it. It's your path to take, and your choices to make.
[1/1] The Traveler: Well... alright. Let me know if you need anything else.
[1/2] The Traveler: Well, from what I've heard, the festivities will end in xx days. I'll be here until then.
[2/2] The Traveler: Staying longer... It doesn't feel right. To move from place to place is my nature. I can't stay for too long.
    End dialogue
[1/3] The Traveler: Hello! I, ah... I've heard gift-giving is a large part of this festival, from those I've spoken to about it.
[2/3] The Traveler: And... Well, I have something to give you, clearly. I'm not quite sure where I got this thing, but... it's important.
    [+1 Emblem of the Blizzard]
[3/3] The Traveler: Anyways, is there anything I can help you with?

Yay for stackable emblems. Please make them stackable for all time, GM. My bank's full of 7 non-stackable Emblem of the Spirits...
This secret dialogue is only available when you have shown him both the Emblem of the Bonfire and Spirits. You must also receive an "Emblem of the Blizzard" from the Traveler himself.

[1/2] The Traveler: ...Oh! Hello. I, uh... I've been doing some thinking, and I think I've figured something out. Let me know when you're ready to hear it.
[2/2] The Traveler: Otherwise, is there anything I can help you with?

Detlas NPCs and their Craftmas Gifts

    Attendees

(DISCLAIMER : You HAVE to complete the quests required with these NPCs or they won't come with you to Detlas. If you have completed the quests given by the NPC, keep talking to them until they speak a different dialogue)

    1) Therck and Enzan (Emerald Trail, Ragni):-
[1/2] Hello, again! Have you found the person I told you about?
[2/2] Remember, seek the weary soldier, stationed neath an ancient stair. Keep searching, you'll find them eventually.
    Quest Completion (Enzan's Brother) REQUIRED
    1) Go and talk to Therck at the new Therck Stairs
[1/1] Therck: Go on, I don't have time for you. My brother keeps sending me people all the time.
[1/2] Therck: ... Pardon? You want me to come to Detlas? What, do I look like I have all the time in the world? I'm rather busy here, thank you.
[2/2] Therck: Let me guess, did my brother put you up to this? It's very like him, trying to get me to 'take breaks', as he puts it. Nonsense, all of it.
[1/1] Therck: Did I not make myself clear? I'm not falling for any of my brother's tricks. Go to him, if you'd really like someone to talk to.
[1/2] What? Oh, the stairs. Yes, I did manage to reach the top eventually. Alas, there was no treasure to be found.
[2/2] Regardless, this is where I am stationed, and thus where I shall remain. Is that enough of an answer for you?
[1/1] Then be off, and leave me be! I don't have any more free stuff for you.
    2) Go and talk to Enzan at the Ragni Entrance to Emerald Trail
[1/1] Enzan: Hey, there! Is there anything I can do for you today?
[1/2] Enzan: Festivities? And my brother won't come? Worry not, friend! I'll have a talk with him, and make sure he attends!
[2/2] Enzan: And I myself certainly do enjoy Wynnter celebrations... Go ahead to Detlas, we'll meet you there!
[1/1] Enzan: Hello, again! Go ahead to Detlas, we'll meet you there!
[1/2] Enzan: Oh, you know... Same as always. Ruder to strangers, even, ever since he climbed his stairs.
[2/2] Enzan: I worry about him, sometimes. I just wish I could get him away from those stairs, even for a short time...
[1/1] Enzan: Alright! I hope you're still doing well after all this time.
    3) Go back to Detlas and talk to The Traveller
[1/5] Hello, again! Looks like you found the person I told you about! And... he brought company? The more the merrier, I suppose.
[2/5] Alright! This is a good start, but two is nowhere near enough for this place to feel... right.
[3/5] I have a few more ideas for who you could invite... Ask me if you'd like to hear them. After that, it will take time for me to find more. Check back every 24 hours, that should be enough time.
[4/5] In the meantime, enjoy the festivities. I hear a Wynnter Fair is being held this year!
[5/5] Otherwise... Is there anything I can help you with?
    2) The Cook (Ragni)
[2/3] Oh, I've got one. A master of cuisine, working in Wynn's first great fortress. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (Cook Assistant) REQUIRED, Either fish for 16 Gudgeon Meat or buy it from the Trade Market
    1) Talk to The Cook in Ragni
[1/1] The Cook: ...Ah! Hello again. How can I help you?
[1/3] The Cook: Festivities! Those sound like fun. Unfortunately... I've been tasked with cooking up another large meal...
[2/3] The Cook: Oh, where will I ever get [16 Gudgeon Meat] in time? If I don't get it done in time...
[3/3] The Cook: Say. You helped me out last time, did you not? If you can get me what I need, I'll be free to visit Detlas for the festivities!
[1/1] The Cook: You're back! But you don't have the fish? Remember, I need [16 Gudgeon Meat]!
[1/2] The Cook: Hm? Oh, nothing much! Just cooking up another meal for the king, nothing too out of the ordinary.
[2/2] The Cook: It's certainly a process, I'll tell you that much... I'm waiting for the ingredients to arrive, now.
[1/1] The Cook: I'll see you around, then!
    2) Give [16 Gudgeon Meat] to The Cook
[1/1] The Cook: You have the fish? Excellent! This is just what I need to finish this meal... Go ahead, then! I'll meet you in Detlas when I'm finished.
[1/1] The Cook: I'm still working hard to finish preparing this meal! Go on ahead, I'll meet you in Detlas.

    3) Nick (Almuj Outskirts)
[2/3] Ah... A philanthropist in the desert city, providing for those less fortunate. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (Meaningful Holiday) REQUIRED, Do several minigames at the Wynnter Fair and get at least 10 Craftmas gifts
    1) Talk to Nick at the outskirts of Almuj
[1/1] ... Oh, (player)! It's good to see you again, especially at this time of year. Is there anything I can do for you?
[1/4] In Detlas? That sounds like some fun. Unfortunately, I'm still needed here.
[2/4] Though... Hm. Haily has been pushing for me to take a break from all this work. I suppose I could come, but-
[3/4] I'd like you to do something more for the folks here before I go. Could you bring me [10 Craftmas Gifts] from the Wynnter Fair?
[4/4] So we can give these people some presents for the holidays. How does that sound?
[1/2] You know... they could always be better. We've had more volunteers recently, which is good, but not nearly as many as we used to get.
[2/2] I just wish we had the resources to help all these people out.
[1/1] Well, I'll see you around then!
    2) Bring [10 Craftmas Gifts] to Nick and talk to him
[1/1] Welcome back! I see you've got the gifts. Well, I'll get to handing these out, then I'll come to Detlas. I'll meet you there, I suppose.
[1/1] I'll meet you in Detlas. Go on ahead.
    4) Seaskipper Captain (Nemract Port)
[2/3] Let's see... A friendly captain, docked at Wynn's great port. Think you'll be able to find them?
Buy a Potion of Drunkness from the Potion Seller in Nemract and bring it with you in your inventory
    1) Talk to the Seaskipper Captain at Nemract Port
[1/1] Welcome to the V.S.S. Seaskipper, from seasail... Oh, hello there! Here to take a trip across the ocean?
[1/2] Festivities, you say? Well, I'm somethin' of an enjoyer of festivities myself...
[2/2] Ah, but I'm out of [Nemract Whiskey]! I can't enjoy festivities if I don't have anythin' to drink...
[1/1] Ah, you know I'd love to come. But alas, my stocks o' [Nemract Whiskey] are all gone...
[1/1] Oh, y'know! Business has been great! Plenty o' people need to cross the great big sea, and my business can take 'em where they need t' go!
[1/1] Not in the mood? Well, I'll see ya when you do need a trip!
    2) Give him a [Potion of Drunkness]
[1/1] You got me a Nemract Whiskey! Ah, ye shouldn't have... Detlas, did you say? I'll have to see these festivities for meself...
[1/1] You said Detlas, right? I'll be there as soon as I finish this Nemract Whiskey, heh...

    5) General Graken (Underworld Crypt Entrance)
[2/3] Hm. A great general, fighting through the crypts. Think you'll be able to find them?

    1) Go to the Underworld Crypt entrance and talk to General Graken
[1/1] Aha, spiffing! Took a good kip, then? Suppose you're here to give that Charon a proper mullering?
[1/3] Oh, right, that little shindig over at Detlas! It is getting to the wintry months, innit?
[2/3] Sorry to say, can't sit down and have a bender till this is sorted, chap.
[3/3] Once we take down that Charon, then I can go on the pull, howzat?
[1/1] Well, chap? Once we take down that Charon, then I can go on the pull!
[1/1] Well, what's not to understand there, chum?
[1/1] Then what in blazes are you doing here? Go on, take your time, old bean! Rest up!
    2) Complete the Underworld Crypt Dungeon or give him [1 Charon's Brain]
[1/2] Good show, jolly good show! Quite the blinder we pulled there, eh chum?
[2/2] Really went quids in but it paid off spectacularly. Like I said- Oughta have some time now to visit that festival! I shall see you there!
[1/1] I shall see you at the shindig, chum!

    6) Nohno (Rooster Island)

    1) Talk to Nohno on Rooster Island
[1/1] Wh- Hey! What are you doing back here? Was killing my pet not enough, have you come back to kill my wife as well!?
[1/3] Festivities? Do I look like I care about your-

[3/3] Under one condition! I need more... chickens. I always need more! Bring me [16 eggs] and I'll come to Detlas...
[1/1] Do you have my [16 Eggs]? No? Then what are you doing back here, go get them for me!
[1/2] Right! As if I'd believe you of all people. Murderer! Poor, poor Cluckles...
[2/2] No, I'm not still over his death! You're heartless, you know that? Leave me and my wife alone...
[1/1] Good! Now pass on through and leave me and my family alone!
    2) Bring him [16 Eggs] as compensation for slaying Cluckles
[1/1] Aha! More eggs means more chickens... Fine! I'll come to your so-called festival. It had better be worth my time...
    7) Junes (Almuj)
[2/3] Hm. A learned seeker of the past, delving through the desert sands. Think you'll be able to find them?
Desert Discoveries REQUIRED, Either kill Rare Mobs in the desert for 1 Red Shale or buy it from the Trade Market
Desert Discoveries REQUIRED, Either kill terracotta mobs in the Desert and Mesa for 8 Terracotta Chunks or buy it from the Trade Market

[1/2] Oh, hello! I haven't seen you around here in a little while.
[2/2] ...Why do you look so cheerful? You haven't broken into another ancient ruin, have you?
[1/4] What, did you want me to go to them or something?
[2/4] Oh, that's nice of you to ask. I guess I could go, but while you're here... I could use your help actually!
[3/4] You seem to have a knack for finding stuff, from what I can tell. Do you think you could find me [1 Red Shale]? It's for my research on the old empire.
[4/4] Some of the rarer desert creatures date back to the time of the empire. I've managed to find small chunks of shale around them, but I could really use a larger sample.
[1/1] Hey! I need [1 Red Shale] from one of the rare desert creatures, remember?
[1/3] Pretty well actually! I recently found another one of the empire's ancient libraries, and it has some promising scriptures about the city itself.
[2/3] The city actually had indoor plumbing, can you believe it? That's unheard of for that era. But that's not the best bit!
[3/3] The library also had a map! I now have an actual layout of the city to base where I should search off of!
[1/1] Glad to see you too, I guess.
Do you think you could find me [8 Terracotta Chunks]? They're for my research on the old empire.
[4/4] Some of the desert creatures date back to the time of the empire. I've managed to find smaller fragments of these tablets around them, but I could really use a larger sample.
[1/1] Hey! I need [8 Terracotta Chunks] from some of the desert creatures, remember?
[1/3] Pretty well actually! I recently found another one of the empire's ancient libraries, and it has some promising scriptures about the city itself.
[2/3] The city actually had indoor plumbing, can you believe it? That's unheard of for that era. But that's not the best bit!
[3/3] The library also had a map! I now have an actual layout of the city to base where I should search off of!
[1/1] Glad to see you too, I guess.
    2) Bring her [1 Red Shale][8 Terracotta Chunks] to help further her research
[1/2] Well, that was fast! I'd ask you how you got it, but I probably wouldn't approve of your method... It will speed up my research at least.
[2/2] Anyway, I'll happily go to the festival you mentioned, now that you've helped me with that. See you there!
[1/1] See you at the festival!

DISCLAIMER : As of right now, the dialogue remains the same, even if the item requirement has changed. @Lex! please get someone to fix this, it's very confusing...

EDIT : It's now fixed. the old dialogue will be archived for historical purposes.

    8) Honip (Nemract)
[2/3] Hm. A so-called pirate, waiting in Wynn's greatest Whiskey provider. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (Misadventure on the Sea) REQUIRED
    1) Talk to Honip in the Nemract Bar
[1/3] Hello there chap! Remember me? You've had quite the adventure on my ship! Remember that one big rat? Oh how time flies... No hard feelings, right?
[2/3] ...Please don't turn me in.
[3/3] So... Anything I can do for ya?
[1/3] Oh, ya mean that Blizzard thing, right? I've never attended this event before.
[2/3] I s'pose I could check it out. Might be fun.
[3/3] Tell ya what, sure, I'll tag along! Pep will love a little change in scenery.
[1/1] Let me have a drink before I go to Detlas, 'ey?
[1/4] Oh- um, haha, I'm just, you know, relaxin'?
[2/4] And I'm definitely not - and by that I mean as a fully law-abiding citizen - scouting for new recruits or tourists to kidnap. I would never.
[3/4] Unless - in a totally hypothetical way - a new rat infestation suddenly emerges on my ship. Which isn't the case.
[4/4] All that talk got me cravin' some Nemract Whiskey. Anythin' else?
[1/2] I see, just checkin' on your good friend Honip! Right, right...
[2/2] Well, move along, soldier. I'm just in a bar and being 'round you makes me feel like I'm breakin' the law.
    9) Santa (Santa's Hideout)
[2/3] Ah... A symbol of Craftmas spirit, atop a land of peppermint. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (Craftmas Chaos) REQUIRED, Buy 4 Wynnter Cookies from the Consumable Merchant, costing 8 Craftmas Gifts in total
    1) Talk to Santa in the deepest part of Santa's Hideout
[1/1] Ho ho! The Craftmas season is fast approaching, traveler. Have you prepared for it?
[1/3] Ho ho... Detlas, you say! Why, I haven't visited the place in many years...
[2/3] I'm afraid I wont be able to visit just yet. I'm in need of baked goods, and the shipment has yet to arrive!
[3/3] Though... if you'd like to help me, who am I to decline? If you could bring me [4 Wynnter Cookies] from the Wynnter Fair, I'd be free to come visit!
[1/1] So you return, though it seems without the [4 Wynnter Cookies] I requested! Remember, you can find them at the Wynnter Fair, ho ho!
[1/2] What a question, traveler! My plans this craftmas are quite normal, I would think.
[2/2] Why, I'll sit by the fireplace, with a cup of cocoa and a plate of warm cookies! Ho ho!
[1/1] Ho ho! Have a merry Craftmas, traveler.
    2) Bring him [4 Wynnter Cookies] from the Wynnter Fair
[1/1] Ho ho! So you return, and with the baked goods I requested! Now that you've completed this task, I'm free to come enjoy the festivities! I'll see you there, ho ho!
[1/1] Ho ho! Go ahead to Detlas, traveler! I'll meet you there.
    10) Asher (Time Valley)
[2/3] Ah... An amateur researcher, trapped in time. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (Deja Vu, Tempo Town Trouble) REQUIRED, Either bring 1 Time Fragment in your inventory or kill Time Troubles to get it
    1) Talk to Asher at the only house in Time Valley
[1/1] Hey, again! What brings you to my little cottage out here?
[1/5] Detlas! Oh wow. I don't think I've been there since the time I was studying with my old mentor, Lacrona...
[2/5] I'd love to come! But, uh... You remember that shovel I had, right? Strange time magic, and all that.
[3/5] So... since I don't have that anymore, I've been looking for. You know. New things!
[4/5] And I think I've found something interesting, but... I can't really get it. So, you know, maybe you could do it for me?
[5/5] There are these strange totem-like objects around Time Valley, and I haven't been able to figure them out! If you find out what their deal is, could you let me know? Thanks!
[1/1] Hello! Have you found anything yet? Remember, you're looking for the strange totem-like objects around Time Valley.
[1/4] Time Valley? Oh... It's really interesting, actually. I've found tons of cool objects while I've been researching here!
[2/4] And... then... lost those objects. Lots of times.
[3/4] But hey, that's fine! They're interesting while I have them, and that's good enough for me.
[4/4] The weirdest part is... well, Martyn. I've lived here for years now, and I still don't know what his deal is.
[1/1] Oh, alright! I'll see you around, then.
    2) Bring him [1 Time Fragment] by killing Time Troubles
[1/3] Oh, you're back! Did you find anything?
[2/3] Whoa. Now that's a cool object. Not as cool as the shovel, obviously, but still.
[3/3] Well, alright! That's that mystery solved. Now I can come to the festival!
[1/1] Yep yep, still coming. Just need to pack up some stuff first!
    11) Caissop (Olux Swamp)
[2/3] Hm. A zealous artist of the highest caliber, incredibly invested in his work. Think you'll be able to find them?
    Quest Completion (Master Piece) REQUIRED
    1) Talk to Caissop at one of the many camps in Olux Swamp
    [1/2] ...hm...mh...right...
[2/2] Ah! My old new assistant! It's good that you're back, I have need of your assistance again.
[1/3] A festival? No, my old new assistant, I don't have time to visit a festival! I need-
[2/3] A snowy festival, huh? Why, perhaps that would be... This is perfect timing!
[3/3] My old new assistant, I will certainly visit this festival of yours! It sounds positively inspiring.
[1/1] Yes, yes, go ahead. I'll be there as soon as I can!
[1/2] Excellent, I am glad you're willing to help. You see... I am rather out of inspiration around here!
[2/2] The swamp has been a fine place thus far, but I'm so dreadfully bored of it. Would you be able to find me somewhere new to visit?
[1/1] There's a festival? Well, why didn't you say so sooner! I'll be there as soon as I can, my new old assistant.
[1/1] Yes, yes, go ahead. I'll be there as soon as I can!
[1/1] As soon as you think of something, tell me about it! I desperately need something new to paint.
[1/1] Ah. No matter! I'll find a new new assistant in the new person that comes by.
    12) Worid (Iboju Village)
[2/3] Ah... A known rook afflicted with a strange illness. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (Jungle Fever) REQUIRED, Bring 16 Emerald Blocks with you in your inventory
    1) Talk to Worid at Iboju Village
[1/1] Oh, you're... uh... back! It's so good to see you!
[1/4] Festivities! In... in Detlas of all places... Why, this is... This is such a coincidence!
[2/4] You see, I myself was planning a trip to Detlas! But alas... *cough* this damned illness has caught up to me once more!
[3/4] Yes... thjis very real illness... *cough*. It's dreadful, you know? Ah, but I know the cure, again! Just... just [16 Emerald Blocks] is all I need!
[4/4] So... *cough* what do you say? Will you help your old *cough* friend Worid out once more?
[1/1] How am I this lucky? They don't suspect a- Oh, hey!!! *cough* I, uh, still need those [16 Emerald Blocks]! To *cough* cure myself. Obviously.
[1/2] Oh, you know! I'm feeling much better, though... *cough* the illness hasn't fully left me yet!
[2/2] These things take time, you know? It'll pass... *cough* eventually! I'm sure of it.
[1/1] What, check on me? Oh, you... you shouldn't have! Don't worry about me, I'm... I'm fine here. You don't need to check up on me.
    2) Give the scammer Worid his [16 Emerald Blocks] for his "cure"
[1/2] Oh! You *cough* have the money? Wonderful, wonderful... Now that I am cured, I can certainly come visit this festival of yours!
[2/2] You, uh, go ahead. I'll catch up.
[1/1] Don't mind me! Just preparing for my trip to Detlas!
    13) Doan (Letvus Airbase)
[2/3] Ah... A delayed passenger, rushing to meet his departure. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (Acquiring Credentials) REQUIRED, Buy 1 Letvus Delight from the Confectionary Merchant at Letvus Airbase and bring it with you in your inventory
    1) Talk to Doan near the fast travel to Detlas at Letvus Airbase
[1/2] Oh, hey! Good to see you again, I was just on my way to the confectionary shop in the airbase here... I have a bit of a sweet tooth, really.
    [2/2] ...Did you need something?
[1/3] Oh, excellent! I'll head right over on the next airship.
[2/3] ...Which leaves in 15 minutes! I'd better hurry up and get a ticket, then.
[3/3] Say, do you think you can get me [1 Letvus Delight] from the confectionary shop? I'll pay you back, promise.
[1/1] There's still time for you to get me that [1 Letvus Delight] before my flight leaves! Come on, hurry before I have to go!
[1/2] Oh, yeah. After the whole fiasco last time, I actually put my passport on a string! Now I wear it around my neck. No misplacing it that way, right?
[2/2] I don't want to ever have to resort to the black market again.
[1/1] Oh. Well, see you around, I guess!
    2) Give him [1 Letvus Delight] to enable his sugar addiction
[1/1] Thank you so much! I'll see you in Detlas, thanks for telling me about the festival and all.
[1/1] I'll see you in Detlas, thanks for telling me about the festival.
    14) Juggler (Cinfras)
[2/3] Hm. A pioneer of travel, settled beside a tavern of his own name. Think you'll be able to find them?
Bring 1 Llevigar Teleport Scroll and 1 Olux Teleportation Scroll with you in your inventory
    1) Talk to The Juggler near the fast travel to Detlas at Letvus Airbase
    [1/1] ...Heh? What d'ya want?
[1/3] Festivities... In Detlas, y'say? Now, this could be a wonderful opportunity to expand my jugglin' business...
[2/3] Tell ya what! I've been lookin' to expand this here business o' mine for some time, and to do so I could really use more... knowledge.
[3/3] So how 'bout this? You bring me [1 Llevigar Teleportation Scroll] and [1 Olux Teleportation Scroll], and I come to this festival o' yours. Deal? Deal.
[1/1] Do y'have the goods? You don't!? Then go get 'em, instead of lazing around here! [1 Llevigar Teleportation Scroll] and [1 Olux Teleportation Scroll], remember?
[1/2] Oh... Heh, those're trade secrets, pal. If I went tellin' everyone who asked that I get to legally throw people, I'd be outta business!
[2/2] Wait, did I just... Hey! Don't you go around tellin' nobody! That's top secret jugglin' tech right there.
[1/1] Then pass on through one of our affordable travel options! Wait, do we even charge people for this?
    2) Give him [1 Llevigar Teleport Scroll] and [1 Olux Teleport Scroll] to broaden his knowledge
[1/2] Do y'have the goods? Oh, yes you do... Heh, this'll let me get the jump on all th' competition...
[2/2] Huh? Detlas? Yeah, sure, whatever... I'll be there soon, go on ahead.
[1/1] Heh heh... Heh? What're you still doin' here! I said I'll be there soon!
    15) Kelight (Temple of Legends)
[2/3] The Traveler: Oh, I've got one. A doorman of great prestige, blocking access to those unworthy. Think you'll be able to find them?
DISCLAIMER : You can complete the non-underlined quests on another class and use it for your main one to complete this fetch quest of fetch quests, but you might as well do it on the same class to avoid the hassle later on.

Quest Completion (Mushroom Man, Creeper Infiltration, Maltic's Well, Grave Digger, The Corrupted Village, Wrath of the Mummy, Ice Nations, Bob's Lost Soul, Temple of the Legends) REQUIRED, Quest Completion (The Order of the Grook, Misadventure on the Sea) RECOMMENDED,

Either bring 1 Pearlescent Jewel to bypass the entire boss altar process or buy it off the Trade Market or collect 5 Broken Amulets to take on the Boss Altar in Temple of Legends (Arena of the Legends) in your inventory (They can be grinded at the combat room on your left when you first enter the building)

You WILL travel a lot to complete the Temple of Legends quest. Yes, I know the quest sucks, but you HAVE to complete it as well as the other quests that come with it's prerequisites.
    1) Talk to Kelight at the entrance of Temple of Legends
[1/1] Erm, yes. Welcome back to the illustrious Temple of the Legends, hopeful Wynn soldier.
[1/5] Ah, yes. The Festival of the Blizzard, if I recall correctly. However, I'm a touch busy.
[2/5] As you know, I am the premier guard of this Temple! It is a station of intense vigilance.
[3/5] However...twice you have done the impossible. Bringing a fragment of Bob's own soul, defeating the Corrupter of Worlds.
[4/5] So! Care to make a bet? Let's just see if you can manage it thrice. Do so, and I'll find some time somewhere.
[5/5] Bring proof to me that you can defeat our Temple's Grand Magus! The altar is at the back of the Temple.
[1/3] Yes, the round-table betting pool has quite a few emeralds placed on you. I don't think you'll be able to defeat our finest.
[2/3] But if you can, and if you bring proof of his defeat, I'll come along to the festival for a spell.
[3/3] Go ahead. Prove me wrong. I have the cash to lose, and honestly I'm keen to hand out a few more autographs anyways.
[1/7] ...hah. Perhaps I was too hard on you, Wynn soldier! You ask a fine question, and to the finest guard!
[2/7] Yes, this Temple of the Legends- it is something of a hall of fame, in addition to being a grand library.
[3/7] Our purpose came before the other- the Iboju tribesfolk hold the original library. Many a time we have traded for the knowledge held within their tomes
[4/7] Then heroes such as Tisaun and Bob emerged, and the Tromsian royalty saw fit to ensure the knowledge of their deeds was kept for all time.
[5/7] It became equal parts a grand library hall and rite of passage for all Wynnic heroes, myself included. I may be a villager, yes, but I was born in this jungle, you see.
[6/7] All true heroes who prove themselves- as you have against the Corrupter of Worlds- have their names inscribed in the Temple for posterity.
[7/7] Though you have not reached my status yet, and it is doubtful any will, you ought feel proud of your achievement. You are, quite literally, a part of history now.
[1/1] Indeed. See to it that your actions reflect well on our mighty establishment!
    2) Activate the Boss Altar at the back of the temple and give him [1 Pearlescent Jewel] to show proof of your worth
[1/3] ...why am I surprised at this point that you are able to do the impossible with such regularity?
[2/3] Can't be helped. For all my greatness, gambling is the greatest equalizer. Skill plays no factor in it.
[3/3] Fine! You will see me at the Festival of the Blizzard. The folks over at Detlas ought to feel honored of it.
[1/1] As I said, you will see me at the Festival of the Blizzard.
    16) Maxie (Corkus City)
[2/3] The Traveler: Ah... A great electromage, working for a better future for all. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (The Envoy Part I, The Envoy Part II) REQUIRED
    1) Talk to Maxie in his own home
[1/1] Maxie: (player)!! Mo'in! It's good to see you. Did you need anything?
[1/3] Maxie: Oh, I've heard about this! It does sound interesting.
[2/3] Maxie: So, did you want me to come by? I should have some free time soon, so that should be alright.
[3/3] Maxie: Then it's settled! I'll see you there.
[1/1] Maxie: See you in Detlas!
[1/4] Maxie: Oh, just some adventurer's log. These are always pretty interesting to read!
[2/4] Maxie: I'm not too into danger and adventure, I've had my fill with all these Factory shenanigans.
[3/4] Maxie: From finding old ruins in the Canyon of the Lost to Exploring the bandits-filled Mesa, it does sound pretty fascinating though. I assume you often do your fair share of exploration!
[4/4] Maxie: Anyway, did you need anything?
[1/1] Maxie: Just passing through? That's alright. Bye!
    17) Alem (Behind the Twain Mansion)
[2/3] The Traveler: Ah... A determined soul, guarding the spirits he once guided. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (The House of Twain, A Grave Mistake) REQUIRED, Either grind for 8 Ghostly Essence around the Twain Mansion or buy it from the Trade Market
    1) Talk to Alem at the graveyard entrance
[1/1] Alem: Why have you returned?
[1/3] Alem: There is nothing for me there.
[2/3] Alem: The souls here are restless.
    [3/3] Alem: Bring me eight.
[1/2] Alem: The souls here are restless.
    [2/2] Alem: Bring me eight.
    [1/1] Alem: Leave.
    [1/1] Alem: ...
    2) Give Alem the souls of the restless [8 Ghostly Essence]
    [1/2] Alem: ...
    [2/2] Alem: I will come.
    [1/1] Alem: ...
    18) Yansur Gale (Qira Hive)
[2/3] The Traveler: Oh, I've got one. The gatekeeper of great challenge, under a black sky. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (The Qira Hive) NOT REQUIRED, but you must at least complete the Air Division and claim your prize
    1) Talk to Yansur at the entrance to the challenge
[1/1] Yansur: Hm. What ridiculous notions the new girl has... Oh, the challenger? You are here to brave our glorious Hive, yes?
[1/3] Yansur: Hah. I see you have fallen prey to such frivolous things! We have much more important things to be doing with our time! Our Mistress demands perfection, and I am to oversee it!
[2/3] Yansur: This festival- Craftsman, it was? Pah. It is an insult to the name! If you want truly skilled crafts, you must brave our hive challenge and earn your prize! But you are too busy frittering your time away, I see.
[3/3] Yansur: All the decorative trappings... they do nothing but get in the way, and I shall not tolerate it. There is no place for festivities here.
... a gust of wind whistles by your ear...it sounds like someone talking.
[4/4] ????: Hey, meet me down below. Just east of the servant's rooms. Wanna talk with you a sec!
[1/2] Yansur: Hmph. Do not waste my time, warrior of Wynn.
...a gust of wind whistles by your ear...it sounds like someone talking.
[2/2] ????: Remember, just east of the servant's rooms! Wanna talk with you a sec!
    [1/3] Yansur: ...
[2/3] Yansur: You can't be serious- you don't even know what you are saying. Such is below my glorious self. Trouble me not with those empty-headed threats.
[3/3] Yansur: If I were to battle you, though... It would be over in but an instant. I would have you at my mercy before you could blink, miscreant. Now put that weapon away already!
[1/1] Yansur: Do not waste my time, warrior of Wynn.
    2) Go to the pathway beside the Servant's Rooms and talk to Gale
[1/5] Gale: Heya! So I heard Yansur blustering about a festival, right? I'm curious about it.
[2/5] Gale: Oh, it's in Detlas, huh? Over in Wynn... Wow. That's... It's been like, a couple centuries since I've been over there, give or take!
[3/5] Gale: I think tall, black, and ominous owes me a favor or two, too- I betcha I can finagle my way over there for a few weeks! So what's it all about, anyways?
    [4/5] Gale: ... ... ...
[5/5] Gale: Okay, SOLD. You had me at "tacky sweaters!" Like, I COLLECT stupid shirts! It's a hobby of mine for cryin' out loud, WOW am I glad you stopped by! I'll be there, heehee!
This is also our first encounter with Gale herself, who was acquainted with Ohm before she died (Read the descriptions of Ohm's Wish (Wand) and Gale's Sight (Helmet) if you don't know what I'm talking about).

Now that we know what Gale looks like, there is a high possibility that we will get a new quest or at least a new discovery that involves Gale and maybe Ohm, to an extent as well in 1.21

Also Qira owes Gale a favor or two? I wonder what it could mean...?
    16) Ava (Avos' Workshop)
[2/3] The Traveler: Oh, I've got one. A rebellious tinkerer proving herself to the world. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (The Envoy Part I, The Envoy Part II, The Feathers Fly Part I, The Feathers Fly Part II) REQUIRED, Either kill Rare Mobs in Corkus for 1 Insulated Wiring or buy it from the Trade Market
    1) Talk to Ava in the Avos' Workshop
[1/1] Ava: O-Oh! (player)? Um... What are you doing here?
[1/6] Ava: D-Detlas? You want me to go to... Wynn? Oh man, they'd... They'd...
[2/6] Ava: And what's in Detlas, huh? I'm all ears!
[3/6] Ava: Blizzard, you say? Um - I don't handle the cold all too well but I suppose I could use a bunch of clothes to keep me warm...
[4/6] Ava: Well, if you're the one inviting me... After everything you've done for me, I guess I could tag along.
[5/6] Ava: Just one thing, though! One little thing! There's a component I've been meaning to get, and it's a little hard to find! Could you possibly help me out on that one?
[6/6] Ava: Bring me [1 Insulated Wiring] and I'll join you in... Detlas. Detlas? Yeah, Detlas.
[1/1] Ava: Oh, (player), you're back! ...Without the [1 Insulated Wiring]. That's fine, that's alright if you can't find it. Maybe it's too hard to get a hold of, but I'll be waiting! I believe in you!
[1/7] Ava: You wanna know what I've been doing after everything? Oh, haha, it's a funny story!
[2/7] Ava: Y'see, it happened not too long after the... incident in Corkus City. I was looking for some mech scrap one day, and suddenly there was this-
    [3/7] Ava: Wait.
[4/7] Ava: Um... I, uh... I've just been gathering a ton of scrap. That's it. Haha! Silly me!!
    [5/7] Ava: ...
[6/7] Ava: ...Maxie said I shouldn't talk about this too much.
[7/7] Ava: So! What about you!! Exploring the world as always, huh?? Nice, nice.
[1/3] Ava: Really?! That's great to hear!
[2/3] Ava: Doing fine despite all the bad around us, haha... Takes some real optimism!
[3/3] Ava: Good on you! Good on you... Well, tell me if you need anything else.
[1/4] Ava: Oh... oh no! That's not good.
[2/4] Ava: I can... I can ask Maxie to give you a hug! If that helps.
[3/4] Ava: Maybe making a massaging machine would be cool... Though that'd probably break some spines.
[4/4] Ava: Well, don't worry! I'll be there. Did you want anything else?
[1/2] Ava: Look, just don't worry about it...
[2/2] Ava: We're far from ready. But maybe one day! Maybe one day I'll show you. Not now, though. Not soon, either. Someday.
This is a possible continuation of the end of The Feathers Fly Part II, perhaps there will be a new Corkus quest or two in 1.21?
[1/1] Ava: Oh, alright! Bet you're here for some Speed Surges, huh? Well, the robot's downstairs. Be seeing ya!
    2) Give Ava her [1 Insulated Wiring] for her machine
[1/2] Ava: No way! You got one?! Why thank you so much! You're so... nice... I'm still not used to people being, y'know.. kind? Haha...
[2/2] Ava: Anyway!! I'll come!!! To Detlas!! See you there!! I hope I don't get lost!
    17) Ragni's King (Ragni)
[2/3] The Traveler: Right... A humble king of Wynn's first great fortress. Think you'll be able to find them?
Quest Completion (King's Recruit, WynnExcavation Site A, WynnExcavation Site B, WynnExcavation Site C, WynnExcavation Site D) REQUIRED
    1) Talk to Ragni's King in the Ragni Palace
[1/1] Ragni's King: Ah... Welcome back, young master. Might I be able to do anything for you?
[1/3] Ragni's King: Hm... Yes, I have heard of this festival. A formal invite, you say?
[2/3] Ragni's King: As much as I would like to visit, I am afraid I have much to do here, in Ragni. Perhaps...
[3/3] Ragni's King: I will send someone to visit the festivities in my stead, hero. I expect to hear great things of it.
[1/1] Ragni's King: I will send someone to visit the festivities in my stead, hero. I expect to hear great things of it.
[1/2] Ragni's King: ...I would suggest you avoid speaking of the organization in public, young master.
[2/2] Ragni's King: There is no way of knowing how far their influence has spread.
[1/1] Ragni's King: Ah, but of course. You will always be welcome here, hero.

[Thank you everyone for helping me out with this guide. I've spent nearly 6-8 hours editing the guide every day every time something new pops up. Thank you for your patience.]

I thought I haven't done those quests yet. I checked my book and yep, you have to complete those quests.

It was redacted because nothing happened when I clicked him. I'll try again after I'm done with Nick's request

Why do I always forget this bit? I keep calling him Seaskipper

Thank you for your feedback. I'll update the guide with what you guys have told me about

I think Graken only wants tosee Charon's Brain (which he takes from you), so no need to complete the dungeon when you have before, just bring Charon's Brain. Not 100% certain though, I haven't tried yet.

i only noticed because i saw that the last was numbered 5 even though there were 6 on the list

Can confirm this, I threw my Charon brain out after beating the dungeon and was confused when Graken wouldn't say the quest was done, but then when I went back down to get it back because I realised what was happening, he took the brain out of my hand and gave his dialogue about going to Detlas

Could you also put the location in Detlas where the NPC spawns after you've done their task?

Each class is a different quest line (idk how to word it better) so you can do the event multiple times and get more rewards with each class. It was like this for the Festival of the Spirits where you could get the spirits within each class and get more emerald blocks for catching the spirits. Instead of events being by user, it is by class.

Just an FYI for anyone who's wondering why they don't get any from that. Idk why it is, but apparently you don't.

I can't post a link yet since I don't have 10 posts yet (forum newbie here lol).
