This one I like a lot! Same mana regen but I tinkered a bit with what slot to put mana regen in, so I fit in Dragons eye, similar damage pretty much the same ehp

also, you cant use draoi and dragons eye at the same time, it wont make your spells cost -1

 

Great first attempt at a build! I think your understanding is there, yy8 was right about the spell costs though. Unfortunately rainbow builds - especially mythic - have a rough time with spell costs since there aren't any rainbow items for this purpose and black catalyst hurts the skill points a lot.

You're nitpicking, the difference is negligible. I don't see a way around health sustain, I'd just use tomes

 

Not a bad job for a first attempt at a rainbow build! Better than my first one I'll say when I was messing with Collapse for the first time.

As everybody is saying, this kinda needs lower spell costs. I would also recommend using some items that aren't strictly legendary as I fell into that trap when starting out and maybe include some life steal or health regen so you aren't too reliant on potions. Here's items I commonly use for rainbow spell builds:

Helmets: Blue Mask, Cumulonimbus, and maybe Aquamarine.
Chestplate: Far Cosmos, Soulflare, and Libra.
Leggings: I mostly use Equalizer but sometimes I do use Vaward or Rainbow Sanctuary but not as often.
Boots: Capricorn, Pro Tempore, and Curador Boots are probably what you'd use but one that might do ok might be Boots of Blue Stone but I haven't messed around with them a huge amount. If you want mythic boots, most commonly I'd use Resurgence though you can get a build to use Crusade Sabatons and even Stardew.
Rings: Facile, Moon Pool Circlet, Diamond Hydro Ring, Prism, and Draoi Fair are most likely used the most often with maybe Intensity and Yang every now and then. You could use the Black Catalyst set but you end up with -20 skill points overall so it depends on the build in which you use Black Catalyst.
Bracelet: Prowess and Dragon's Eye are probably the best fit for here but sometimes it might work to use Diamond Hydro Bracelet or Atlas.
Necklace: Diamond Fusion and Diamond Hydro Necklaces reign supreme here but sometimes you could get away with using Contrast or Tenuto.
Offhand: If it were a warrior, I'd go with Undying or RotS but Archer doesn't seem to have as good of an equivalent. Nonetheless, there looks to be some like Fog of Creation or maybe The Hearth.

Here's an example build I made. Yeah, it is pretty similar looking to Delta's above and may not be quite as tanky but it has slightly more damage and more hp sustain to go with it.

I think it's a little better as far as the spell costs go but I personally wouldn't use Slayer in it. It does subtract out 3rd spell cost a lot but you also have to spend a lot of skill points into dex for it. I would try something similar to this since the spell costs are better and it has practically the same stats and you also don't have to get a Slayer.

For future note, if you want a good standard to compare a spell rainbow build against, use Morph and whatever weapon you are using.
