Pet Grinding 1-100

On average, how long does it take to level up a pet from lvl 1 to 100? Also, what are the best ways to upgrade them?

 

I’ve never timed levelling a pet from 1-100 so I can’t answer that question unfortunately, but since pet xp goes off of mob kills, church is by far the best place to level them.
I want to say that it only takes a couple minutes levelling pets fully with church, but I also used it during a time when it was far more broken and unbalanced than it is today, so it’s probably slower now.

Church is good, just make sure you aren't guild xping, and I've found that raids/dungeons give good burst to pets as wel

 

I'd say the swarm room in Ice Barrows or CIB is the beet, Chruch works too (Wybel Island if you're too lazy to kill hostile mobs)
