Dwarves and Dugons IV question

Am I doing something wrong or is it just bugged? I've been trying to figure this out for like an hour

 

i literally cannot progress until i find a fix for this

 

Super generic answer but have you tried doing this on multiple different worlds? Sounds weird but that can often fix issues like this where it isn't loading something correctly.

 

ye. tried like 10 times on 4 different worlds

 

fill your inventory with items, then delete the amulet and staff by replacing their slot with an item and dropping them. easy to do with a stack of emeralds

then, go back to the enchanter's house in maex and you'll get a new staff and amulet

 

already tried that as well

 

probably need to make a bug report then
