Secret Discovery Bug?

I am trying to get the "Birth of Efilim" Secret Discovery, but getting the discovery requires healing a scared fairy with a health potion after putting out the fire around it. With the new system of stacking health potions, however, this doesn't seem to be working. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong?

I had the same problem when will it be fixed?

 

Likely whenever there is another patch. This might take a while, since there aren't really that many other bugs that need to be fixed that are specific to the emerald pouch and stacking potions, and pushing changes is a really annoying process. It should definitely be fixed by 1.21 though

 

I've found that you can get it to work, you just need a potion that isn't stacked.

 

and how do you get that?

 

i think you have to put your current health potion in your bank and buy a potion from the potion merchant

 

I've already tried buying new health potions and that doesn't work either.

 

You need to have no health potion in your inventory, and then buy a new one from a merchant.
