Bugged Quest

    So I recently had to redo some quests with my main because they got reset/added and one of them is glitched and I can't continue any further and my main is trapped. I've tried killing, teleport scrolls, /fixquests and relogging and nothing has worked. Please Help.
    Edit: Forgot to say that the npc is also gone and was supposed to take me with him.

    It was Acquiring credentials. And it happened right after Stage 7.
