Made just a few alterations for smaller spell costs and super slow attack speed

 

How am I meant to get the 10 extra skill points? I'm not implying I'm actually gonna use these builds

 

Fabled nimble weapon mastery tomes and guild tomes. Both give you extra skill points and don't require anything. (Other than initially unlocking the tome slot.)

 

I'd like to see someone actually solo the eye with this build, literally 1 shot but it has great damage (though not the best)
