How hard is it to get Moderator on WynnCraft?

Title pretty much sums up the question, but because of a little to no response on if you're accepted, I feel like its pretty much needed to be somewhat clarified. Of course, if the application was good enough, but needs more improvements, maybe give them a response? I'm not trying to call the staff manager(s) lazy, but I'm just trying to get some clarification...

I think there’s a pretty reasonable thought behind the “no feedback” thing. If a mod application is denied it’s because in some way or another, they won’t trust someone with the responsibility of being a mod. If they say what’s wrong with the application, then anyone, some not well-intentioned, could just tailor their application to specifically appeal to the qualities they’re looking for. You can just “fix” the application instead of actually fixing the problems that caused you to be denied. Compare this to say, a build team application, where the application is pretty much a direct proof you know how to build.
