Mage/Dark Wizard Help best mythic/ class build for raids and bosses

Hello there,

so I am close to bringing my mage to lvl 100 and wondered if I should buy a mythic for it and if so which one would get me the best build for raids and bosses?

If you're sub level 100 then you probably can't afford any mythics but lament maybe?
If I were you I would just either get a king of hearts and a healer build or get a morph set

 

There's not a best build, all builds are situational and depend on the skill and playstyle of the user. Mages in raids generally go for a healer build, using items like King of Hearts, Cancer, Leo, Second Wind, Statue, etc.

 

I can afford mythics. Just havent played mage alot yet

 

Basically
Lament = healer with a tiny bit of dps, arguably worse than king of hearts
Fatal = glass cannon
Singu = decent tstack dps
Warp = not worth if its for raids and shit, but can be used if you have one already
Pure = decent dps, overall well rounded
Gaia = budget mythic
Quetzlalcoatl = completely dogshit, pretty much just a collectors item
Monster = decent dps and ehp

 

if you wanna do raids prob singu tstack is the best
lament, monster and fatal are pretty cool for general gameplay as well

 

Monster, Gaia and Fatal are cheaper than Lament

Lament with a proper build can kick ass. It's a shame that Lament doesn't get the credit it deserves for it's damage output

Doesn't have to be? TWF, TWFA, ETFA and TFA can all be tanky.

It's actually very solid. Easily gets close to or above 20k meteors in ETFA.

Objectively the best for its price in my opinion

 

Monster and Lament are both pretty awesome in the right builds.

Lament fits pretty well in Time Rift builds, also using Curse, leading to a pretty balanced build between selfsustain and damage.

 

Singu tstack is also really good for raids as you do good damage and have decent sustain.
