Hey Hams! Quick question, if I am using Photoshop for the creation contest, do I have to draw everything by hand (or mouse I guess...)? Or can I use pre-existing images as long as I edit/mask/re-color them?

 

Yes, depending on the thing you are doing and the amount of it you are using, citing your source material might be a good idea too.

quick question, can a minecraft skin count as a digital/render submission?? idk if anybody else has asked but im too lazy to scroll n check

 

It would need to be put in an original drawing or render to make a scene i guess, it's not a skin contest
