Assassin/Ninja Help Budget TWF Spellspam Build

So I’ve been experimenting with budget TWF builds like with Cataclysm lately, because anvil crawler heavy melee is kinda boring. However, I’ve been unsuccessful in Wynnbuilder and either can’t get more than 6k spins or run out of SP (sometimes both). So, I’ve turned to the general community to try and help.

I either want to try something with Black, Lightning Edge, or Thrunda Ripsaw as I’ve found some with good rolls.

I have a budget of 1 stack of LE, and I’ve beaten Qira and LI a few times.

This is a decently cheap build with low spell costs and decent mana, if you want life steal I'd recommend using thrunda ripsaw over black

sustain comes from cancer hpr, 6.2k spins

yes i'm aware both builds are either penta or eTWF, but TWF black is kinda e tbh

- no sustain
- glassy (he asked for no glass)
- bad mixed mana (assassin should have mixed mana if possible, but lean towards mana steal over mana regen)
- damage is not that good considering the armor pieces picked
- mana overload (7/7 for 1/1/2 bruh)

100 less spin but doubled ehp! if you end up running out mana anyways (1/10 for 1/2/2 costs) then use moon pool circlet over one of the finesses
