Creating lvl 100 mage for lootrunning

Because my main class (archer) is always falling into the void in sky islands.

Any body know any low cost tp mage builds for lvl 100?

 

This is what I use for lootrunning
Anamnesis
Diamond dust
Crafted lq leggings
Crafted lq boots
Crafted lq rings
Some random bracelet, didn’t really matter
Royal stormy necklace

KoH as wand
(I have a 3 mr koh and max mr anamnesis and I can tp forever)
(Also the only thing that matters for being able to fly forever are the anamnesis koh and royal stormy, rest for lb and lq)

Aim for 40% lq and 80% lb with the build Ninja_VK already suggested. Personally I use Bonder, with which I can also tp infinitely.
