What are Potions of Healing?

I was over in Nemract just killing some random mobs when a message flashed across my screen, I didn't get the chance to read it before it disappeared. The "Potion of Healing" in my Hotbar, upon inspection, now had 30 charges and sported the name "Potions of Healing" in the pink "rare item" color. With this item, I am able to insert and "stack" potions of different levels up to 10 potions (assuming all have a maximum of 3 uses). I am not sure what this item is, how to get more of them, or where they came from. I have done at least a half-hour of forum and internet searching to no avail. Can somebody provide me with more information on this mysterious item?

 

This is a new feature that came up with the latest update, your potions will automatically stacks in one slot(item).

 

Ah, I see now, I got a tier 4 gem bag not too much later, so I see now. Now I'm just confused as to why it upgraded the potion I had in my hotbar, though, one is enough. Thanks for the help, I was so confused and I'm relatively new so yeah.
