The confused emerald pouch

Recently the beta got emerald pouches in 1.20.4, now I've seen them on the regular wynncraft and people can sell that item but when it is not allowed to sell that thing, so what does it work and there are bugs?

1.20.4 was tested in Hero Beta, and released today into the main game. It includes emerald pouches which can store and convert emeralds into blocks or even liquid emeralds, depending on their tier. Each tier can hold more and convert better than the last. These pouches can be found in T3 and T4 chests, the higher the tier, the rarer they get. They can be traded on the Trade Market, but not to the blacksmith.
