Is there another entrance to the Gavel province, besides the ones in Levigar and Jofash?

 

there is a third one around the costal of the realm of light entrance.

 

There is only one entrance to gavel, that is the border

Everyones saying Rol gateway is a enterance but im confused. Do you mean its a enterance because Rol technically isnt gavel or is there a fast travel there to wynn or somethin

 

yea, you are correct. You can't enter gavel FROM RoL but you can exit RoL to gavel
